Artichoke Dip

Artichoke Dip

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Mix ingredients. Put in small casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes or until brown at 350 degrees. Serve with unsalted chips. Serves 15.
