Salmon Party Ball

Salmon Party Ball

  • 1 Ib can salmon (2 cups)
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 2 t grated onion
  • 1 t horseradish
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t liquid smoke
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 T chopped parsley

Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bone. Combine all ingredients except pecans and parsley. Chill. Form into ball and roll in pecans and parsley.
