Sweet and Sour Meatballs
- Meatballs: 2 Ibs ground beef or part sausage
- 1 cup soft bread crum~s
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into small balls about one inch in diameter. Place on 15"X1 O"X1" baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.
- Sauce: 1 18 oz can pineapple juice
- 1 cup boWed barbeque sauce
- 1/4 cup flour
Combine ingredients and heat. Serve meatballs in sauce from chafing dish.
