Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Sweet and Sour Meatballs

  • Meatballs: 2 Ibs ground beef or part sausage
  • 1 cup soft bread crum~s
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into small balls about one inch in diameter. Place on 15"X1 O"X1" baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.

  • Sauce: 1 18 oz can pineapple juice
  • 1 cup boWed barbeque sauce
  • 1/4 cup flour

Combine ingredients and heat. Serve meatballs in sauce from chafing dish.
