Sylvia's Dip
- 2 lbs Velveeta
- 1 cup Rotel tomatoes
- 1 Ib sausage, browned and drained
- 5-6 fresh or frozen tamales, cut in bite size pieces
- 1 can Ranch Style Beans with juice
- 5-6 fresh or frozen enchiladas, cut in bite size pieces Picante sauce to taste
Mix ingredients in crock pot. Serve hot with Fritos or unsalted tortilla chips (tostados). Serves 30.
