Punch for Eighty

  • 3 pkgs Jello (any flav"esired)
  • 4 packages Kool Aid (same flavor)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 small bottle lemon juice
  • 2 cans pineapple juice
  • 4 qts ginger ale
  • 1 gal sherbert or vanilla ice cream

Prepare Jello as directed on packages but then add 4 extra cups of water to keep it from congealing. Stir in Kool Aid, sugar, and lemon juice. Divide mixture into two large bowls. Add one can pineapple juice and 2 qts ginger ale to each bowl. Cool mixture by adding ice. Add 1/2 gal sherbert or ice cream to each bowl.
