Master Mix Biscuits
- 1 cup Master Mix (see above)
- 1/4 cup milk
Add milk to the Mix all at once. Stir until flour is moistened. Knead 15 strokes on lig htly floured board. Roll 1 /2 inch thide Cut. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Yields 6 two-inch biscuits. For drop biscuits, increase milk to 1/3 cup.
