  • Vermicelli
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 can whole tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • garlic salt or powder

Stirring constantly on medium heat, brown vermicelli in vegetable oil. Brown until you know you’ve burned it (the longer, the better). Add enough water to cover vermicelli. Then add tomatoes, green pepper, onion, and lots of garlic. Simmer (the longer, the better), it never overcooks. Good with pork chops.
