Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin Bread

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 t soda
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • 1 t nutmeg
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 can pumpkin

Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl and form a well. Blend together eggs, water, and pumpkin and dump into dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake in 4 1-lb coffee cans or 8 303 cans. Fill only 1/2 full. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes. When taken out of oven, lay cans on side to cool.
