Chocolate Pats

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/3-1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup canned evaporated milk (I use Milnot)
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 T smooth peanut butter
  • 2-2 1/4 cups Minute Oats oatmeal

Bring first four ingredients to a bubbling simmer for one minute. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and oatmeal. Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper.
