Rocky Road Candy
- 1/2 lb milk chocolate pieces
- 1/2 lb semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 16 large marshmallows cut in quarters
- 3/4 cup nuts, coarsely broken
Melt chocolate over warm water (not hot). Spread 1/4 over bottom of an 8" buttered or wax paper lined pan. Dot with marshmallows and press in with fork. Then sprinkle with walnuts or pecans. Cover top with remaining chocolate. When firm, cut into squares.
