Shoestring Potato Fudge

  • 2 6-oz pkgs chocolate or butterscotch chips
  • 3 T peanut butter
  • 1 1/2-oz can shoestring potatoes
  • 1 small can chopped mixed nuts or 1 cup chopped pecans.

Melt chips in double boiler. Add peanut butter, potatoes, and nuts. Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet or waxed paper.
