Shoestring Potato Fudge
- 2 6-oz pkgs chocolate or butterscotch chips
- 3 T peanut butter
- 1 1/2-oz can shoestring potatoes
- 1 small can chopped mixed nuts or 1 cup chopped pecans.
Melt chips in double boiler. Add peanut butter, potatoes, and nuts. Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet or waxed paper.
