Lemon Bars
Crust:
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Dash salt
Mix ingredients together and pat into a 9 x13" pan. Let edges come up 3/4" to form crust. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Filling:
- 3 beaten eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 t baking powder
- Dash salt
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
Combine ingredients and pour in crust. Bake at 350° 25 more minutes. Dust with powdered sugar while warm and cut in squares.
