Pecan Crispies
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg, separated
- 2 cups flour
- 1 t cinnamon
- Pecan bits
Cream together oleo and sugar. Add egg yolk and fold in flour and cinnamon. Spread in thin layer in jelly roll pan. Beat egg white until frothy. Spread on top of cooky dough. Sprinkle with pecan bits and press down lightly. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Cut into squares while still warm.
