Lime-Pear Congealed Salad
- 1 large can pears
- 1 large can Pet Milk (put in freezer 15 minutes to whip well)
- 2 pkg lime jello
- 1 pkg lemon jello
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- Maraschino cherries to decorate
Pour 3 cups boiling water over jello in bowl. Stir until jello is dissolved, then add pear juice and cold water (about 1 1/2 cup of liquid altogether). Let jello set to soft jell in refrigerator. Whip Pet milk until stiff. Mash pears and cream cheese. Add to whipped milk, then fold into jellc. Garnish with cherries and allow to reach a very firm stage in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
