Strawberry Jello
- 2 pkgs strawberry Jello
- 1 can (small) crushed pineapple
- 2 boxes frozen strawberries
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 pint sour cream
Make jello using juice from pineapple and enough hot water to make 2 cups total liquid. Add fruit and pecans. Put 1/2 mixture in mold until firm. Spread sour cream over firm jello and add remaining jello. Let set.
