Caramel Icing
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup cream
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Melt butter and add sugar. On low flame, mix well. Let cool and add cream. Add powdered sugar a little at a time until of spreading consistency.
