Sauce For Molasses Bread
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 T flour
- Dash Salt
- 1 T butter
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 1/2- 2 cups water, boiling
Make a paste of sugar, flour, and salt. Add boiling water; bring to boil. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
