Custard Pie

  • Unbaked pie shell
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk Butter
  • Nutmeg

Mix sugar, vanilla, eggs, and milk together. Pour into unbaked 9" crust. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Put pats of butter on top. Cook 1 hour at 300°.
