Impossible Pie

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butler
  • 1 1/2 t vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut

Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, butter, and vanilla in electric blender. Blend on low speed for three minutes. poor into greased 9-inch pie pan. let stand about 5 minutes, then spnnkle with coconut. Bake at 350° until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
