Lemon Pie I
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 T flour
- 3 egg yolks and 1 white
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- Juice and grated rind of one lemon
Beat egg yolks and 1 white and mix with rest of ingredients. Bake in unbaked crust until you can insert a tooth pick and it comes out clean. Make a meringue out of 2 left egg whites and a couple T of sugar. Put on pie and let brown.
