Pecan Pie Ii

  • 1 unbaked pastry shell
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup of white corn syrup
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 1 cup pecans.

Combine eggs and sugar and mix well. Add corn syrup, vanilla, and pecans to egg mixture. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes. If you use dark Karo, add 3/4 cup brown sugar instead of 1/2 cup white sugar.
