Sugarless Apple Pie

8 cups sliced, peeled apples 1 cup frozen apple juice concentrate (no sugar), thawed 3 T tapioca 1 t cinnamon 1/2 t nutmeg Pastry for two-crust pie

Combine apples and juice. Add tapioca and spices. Place in pastry-lined pie plate and cover with slitted pastry. Seal. Bake at 400 for 50 minutes.
