Chocolate Mousse
- 1 egg
- 1 T vanilla
- 2 T sugar
- 6 oz (1 cup) chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup milk
- Whipped cream
Combine egg, vanilla, sugar and chocolate chips in blender. Heat milk to just boiling and pour into blender. Blend at high for 1 minute. Pour into small dishes and chill 3-4 hours. Top with whipped cream.
