Creamy Rice Pudding

Creamy Rice Pudding

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 T sugar
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 T buller or margarine
  • 1/4 t vanilla
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Combine rice, milk, sugar, salt, and butter. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring often (about 20 minutes). Add vanilla and cinnamon. Serve hot or cold. Makes 2 servings.
