Egg Custard

Egg Custard

  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • Scant 2 cups milk
  • Dash salt
  • 1/2 t lemon extract
  • 1 t vanilla

Mix ingredients together and pour into baking dish. Set into a pan of water (this is important because it will get too hard on the bottom if you don’t). Cook at 350° until knife comes out clean.
