Chicken Tetrazini

  • 1/2 Chicken
  • Onion
  • Celery
  • Red pepper
  • Paprika
  • Bay leaf
  • Mushrooms
  • Green pepper
  • 3 cups vermicelli (round kind)
  • 1 cup grated chedder cheese
  • Red wine

Cook chicken with onion, celery, red pepper, paprika, and bay leaf in slow cooker. Pick meat off bones. Saute mushrooms, green pepper, and onion inoil and prepare vermicelli. Mix sauted vegetables, chicken, vermicelli, about a pint of chicken stock, cheese and wine together. Cook in casserole ina 350° oven until bubbles.
