Chili Con Carne
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 chopped greeen pepper
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 lb tomatoes
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- 1-2 T chili powder
Brown onion, green pepper, and meat in hot fan. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer 2 hours, adding water if necessary. Add beans. Heat thoroughly. Serves 6.
